Administrative Assistant
The Goldwater Institute seeks a bright, energetic, conscientious administrative assistant to interface with the Institute’s clients, including donors, policymakers, and media, manage and maintain the organization’s donor database, perform light bookkeeping tasks, schedule meetings and make travel arrangements, assist with events, organize mailings, serve as a liaison with vendors, and provide general project assistance for various departments.
Qualified candidates must be able to multi-task and prioritize duties, provide outstanding customer service, and be excited to support a growing organization. Candidates must also have a professional and positive attitude, problem solving skills, a strong sense of personal responsibility, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an Associate’s degree or at least two years of related work experience. QuickBooks experience is a plus. More experienced candidates may also apply, as pay is commensurate with experience.
