The Goldwater Institute's 15th Anniversary Gala was a black tie celebration featuring dinner, dancing and entertainment at the Arizona Biltmore Resort. The Gala was held Saturday, April 12, 2003. Cocktails began at six o'clock. Dinner and awards program began at seven o'clock, followed by cocktails and dancing.
