As a former economist for the Goldwater Institute, Noah Clarke researched and advanced policy ideas that maximize economic opportunity. He authored commentaries, articles, and studies, and organized talks and conferences on tax, budgetary, and general economic issues important to Arizona. Before joining the Goldwater Institute he worked as an international affairs analyst for former Spanish Foreign Minister Ana Palacio. Before that, he worked for the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation (AECI) researching the drivers of economic growth.
Clarke earned his bachelors degree from Williams College, and holds a masters degree in international relations and development from the University of Barcelona. He is working on a Ph.D. in Economics, and is writing his doctoral thesis under the direction of Jesus Huerta de Soto and Gabriel Calzada at the King Juan Carlos I University of Madrid.
