Jim Chamberlain is the founder and owner of Tempe, Arizona-based Sun State Builders, established in 1973. As a design/build contractor, Chamberlain continues to guide his company’s growth. Chamberlain attended University of Southern California, graduating with a degree in business administration with a focus on investments and finance. He worked as financial analyst at Kaiser Aetna, and presided over the firm’s construction of McCormick Ranch for four years. Chamberlain joined the board of directors of the Goldwater Institute in 2013. He is married to Pamela Chamberlain.
