Leo Beus is co-founder of the Beus Gilbert law firm in Phoenix, Arizona. Leo leads the firm’s litigation department and has received numerous awards. Beus Gilbert is ranked by U.S. News & World Report as among the best in the country for land use and zoning issues, and for litigation in real estate cases. Leo represents plaintiffs in complex cases involving securities, real estate, investment fraud, lender liability, professional malpractice, antitrust, trademark, intellectual property, and directorship liability. Leo has been the lead litigator in plaintiffs’ cases resulting in verdicts and settlements totaling more than $4 billion. Among other philanthropic activities, Leo and his wife, Annette, serve as co-chairs of the President’s Club at Arizona State University. Their charitable work led to the creation of the Beus Center for Law and Society within ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
