Jen Springman

Jen Springman is the Coalitions Manager at the Goldwater Institute, where she works to build and strengthen strategic partnerships to assist in advancing Goldwater’s national policy initiatives.

With a background in government affairs, non-profit work, and the private sector, Jen has a deep understanding of Arizona policy and processes. Her experience includes roles at Horizon Strategies, a local public affairs firm, Cox Communications, and the Greater Phoenix Chamber, where she developed a deep policy expertise on a wide range of issues, advocated for business interests, and built exceptional relationships with lawmakers, governmental staff, and private sector CEOs along the way.

Jen is a native of Arizona and has always been passionately invested in the success and growth of her home state. She is a proud Arizona State University alum, as well as an avid cat lover, world traveler, and foodie who spends much of her time searching for the next best eatery in the downtown Phoenix area that she calls home.
