Parker Jackson is a Staff Attorney at the Goldwater Institute’s Scharf-Norton Center for Constitutional Litigation, where he focuses on taxpayer protection, free speech, associational rights, government transparency, education, and election-related issues. He graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and is admitted to practice law in Arizona.

During law school, Parker was one of the Goldwater Institute’s Ronald Reagan Fellows and received the John Norton Distinguished Fellow Award for his work. He also completed internships involving administrative law and civil litigation, participated in ASU’s First Amendment Clinic, externed with the Arizona House of Representatives, and served as one of the editors of ASU’s Corporate and Business Law Journal. Prior to law school, Parker interned and worked in many roles in the freedom movement in Wyoming (where he grew up) as well as in Washington, D.C. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and Constitutional Studies from Utah State University and an associate degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University-Hawaii. 

Parker enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his wife Chandra, and serving in various capacities as an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is a member of the Federalist Society and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
