As part of a project sponsored by the National Constitution Center to draft proposed new constitutions a few years ago, I helped draft one of three new proposed Constitutions for the United States—alongside scholars from “Libertarian,” “Conservative,” and “Progressive” teams. Now, Arizona State University’s Center for Constitutional Design is proud to host a panel about that project and about some of our proposals for new amendments to the existing U.S. Constitution. Please join me, along with Prof. Ilan Wurman of ASU and Prof. Caroline Frederickson (Georgetown) on February 1 at 5 p.m.ASU Law School in Phoenix for a fascinating discussion of constitutional design and reform in the modern age.
Attendance is free to the public, but registration is required. (You can join online, also.) Hope to see you there.
