I spoke with Garret Lewis on his morning radio show the other day about the recent news that the founders of World View—the company that was supposed to take passengers to the stratosphere on specially modified high-altitude balloons, in hopes of attracting economic growth to Pima County—have taken their idea to Florida, instead.
