November 18, 2014

They’ve been called “tremors of change” shaking the nation. Dozens of states are drafting resolutions to send to Congress to begin the process of amending the U.S. Constitution. Read the series at The Institute also released “Keeping Americans Safe: Best Practices to Improve Community Policing and to Protect the Public,” written by the father of the “broken windows” theory of policing, George Kelling.
