Mesa Impact Fees Appeal

The Goldwater Institute is seeking an appeal in its legal challenge against Mesa's cultural facilities impact fee, after a judge sided with the city in ruling that impact fees can pay for building museums rather than necessary public services strained by the impact of new development.
